Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Steve also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your boat for the day is a 24' Shallow Sport center console with room for 6 passengers. It has all the essentials. Capt. Steve has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
