Local species include Cobia, Gag Grouper, Scallop, Sheepshead, Flounder, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Tarpon, Tripletail, and more with any luck. On these trips, you can expect to bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Nicholas also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Capt. Nicholas welcomes children aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
Capt. Nicholas runs a 21' Sportsman bay boat that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain. Some essentials to bring are sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some bottled water on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Capt Nick put us on the fish all morning. We caught over 10 redfish and filled our bag limit on keepers before 10:30. We went out further in the gulf and caughtt tons of mangrove snapper. A+ trip w/ a top notch guide, Thanks Live Action!!!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
