Capt. Bob has been fishing his whole life, learning from his father and grandfather, he continues to chase his passion. Capt. Bob has spent over 20 years on the Great Lakes, perfecting his skills. He loves to show people how to fish and see their excitement when reeling in a beautiful fish.
Hop on board his 31' Sea Ray Amberjack boat. It has a covered cabin, so you'll be protected from the elements on the ride to the fishing grounds. There's enough space on the deck for 6 anglers to fish comfortably.
You'll primarily target King Salmon and Lake Trout on the trips in Frankfort. You might also be reeling in Brown Trout and Steelhead. You don't need years of experience to have a fun day out with Capt. Bob. There's no minimum age for children, and there are life vests on board for them. They'll have a great time fishing on this stable boat!
Included in the price of the trip are top-quality rods and reels. These won't let you down when reeling in your dream catch. After the trip, your captain will fillet and package your catch. Don't forget to tip him for this service!
You'll need to bring snacks and drinks along. You can even bring beer too. Everyone 17 and older must have a Michigan fishing license.

A trip we will never forget!

Wanted to take my boyfriend charter fishing for his birthday and this trip did not disappoint. Bob and Allan were very friendly and helpful. The fish weren’t biting at first but they were determined to do their best to help us catch some fish. Even through the dense fog they did everything they could to find us the perfect spots to catch some fish. We ended up catching 5 and loved every minute of it. Their clear direction and good spirits made fishing with them a breeze. They made his birthday something he will never forget and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun fishing experience.

Great trip

Thus was my first charter experience and Captain Rob made it feel like I've done it a hundred times. His knowledge of the waters we were fishing and what we could expect was great. Total we had 7 hits, 4 that were just testing the rigs, 2 landed and 1 got off. Talking to the 3 guys that were with us, they all said the same thing, it was a good time on the water. Captain Rob and mate, thank you for taking care of us and we are looking forward to the next trip out.

Great Experience and Funny Time!

Excellent Crew - Bob and Allen, highly technical, good communication, easy to follow fishing guidance. The Fish was hardly biting, somehow justified by the end of fishing season. Bob - our Captain, tried multiple locations, and different lures - in the end we got (2) salmons and (1) steelhead. 5Star Rating.

Sons first salmon trip

Captain Bob and his first mate Allen we’re working hard to give us the best chance to catch fish from the first catch to the last catch, and then making sure that our fish we’re cleaned and filleted before our day was done. And in the end my son caught his first King of his life, thanks for a great experience

My son, grandson and I went on Bent Dreams with Captain Bob and Allen on 7/25/2025. We had a great time and, even though we didn’t catch any record size fish, we did catch 2 stealheads, 2 lake trout and a small king. Bob and Allen were very informative and helpful. We will be back next year!
