Smokin Reels is a kid-friendly charter service, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. You don’t need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. Some species have strict size and limits to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
You’ll be dropping lines from a 26’ Center console that can carry up to 6 passengers; however, 4 are included in the pricing. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
It’s recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly! If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
