It's not only the sailfish that is a sought-after catch for us but also Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dogthooth Tuna, Mahi-Mahi, Giant Trevally, etc. are resident almost all year. We, the Trevally Fish Fighters, love the sea and its inhabitants, so catch and release is very important to us. Should you wish to take a fish for consumption, please speak to our Captain Ali.
With our 27-foot sports boat, completed in 2023, we can cover large areas of water in a short time to bring you to the fish successfully. Please speak to our Captain Ali if a specific target fish is desired. He will advise you extensively.
Our boat is equipped with all the amenities that make an angler's heart beat faster. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Not only anglers are welcome, feel free to bring your whole family. It will be an unforgettable experience. Cool drinks and small snacks are provided on board. Alcohol is not allowed. Please remember to bring plenty of sunscreen (no sprays), sun protective clothing, sunglasses and your personal belongings such as camera, etc.

We had booked five 8-hour trips in a span of tendays in the late November. Captain Ali and his assistant are competent guys, who seem to know local fishing areas well. They are moderately energetic but nether over the top. Boat is 9-and-smth meters long with much space on it, convenient for casting. All clean and in a good condition. Rods and reels are in a good shape too. They suit well enough for any ordinary catch, but should you hook something really big they are likely too give up starting with shock leader. I believe this was easy to talk out with the captain and fix, but we came to this realisation too late and thus lost at least 5 good catches. If you have special expectations on this matter, address this issue at the start, or bring your own equipment. Other all, it was a good adventure for us, who have a good amount of river-fishing experience but are complete amateurs in the sea. We have caught good amount of different fishes including several small yellow-fin tunas, two-and-half sharks up to 15 kilos each, several good red snappers up to 9 kilos, one decent mahi-mahi, one needle-fish about 1,3 m long, and multitude of other snappers and groupers of different numbers and sizes. So I can surely recommend this team. It is worth to mentioning thought, that Friday is a resting day on Maldives, so would you like to appoint a fishing on this day, discuss the matter with the captain in advance.
