You'll start your adventure on board Capt. Steve's 35' Crusader. She was originally built in 1993 and restored in 2018 – old-fashioned quality combined with all the latest amenities. The boat can fit 6 anglers in comfort, with everyone fishing at the same time.
Capt. Steve and his first mate are professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They'll instruct and assist you on your excursion, no matter your skill level.
You'll fish the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding waters for several species. The main target is Striped Bass, with Bluefish and Perch following up. Spanish Mackerel, Sea Trout, Croaker, and other species can be reeled in as bycatch.
The charter will supply you with all the necessary rods, reels, and tackle, but you're free to bring your favorite rod if you'd like to. You can combine your fishing trip with cruising around scenic locations – nothing beats action followed by history and sightseeing!

great trip out with family everybody caught a rock fish although one wasnt a keeper captain and first mate are really good guys would recommend.
Decided to book a half day to get my twin adult children out on the bay, The striped bass are just starting to make their run, so lots of bait and fish out their to be caught, It was a pretty breezy day, lots of sun and fun. MyGirl had no problems providing a smooth fishing platform and the mate kept on top of the lines to ensure we had every chance of catching fish. Captain Steve was very helpful and a pretty funny guy, lot of old fishing and boating stories. Will defiantly book again, the crabbing trips seem like a nice summer break in July.

Both captain Steve and his first mate were friendly, engaging, and helpful teaching us the basics of fishing. 3/4 of us had never fished before, including our 9 yr old. They did all the hard work and we got to do the fun parts! Our first mate Dave cut and cleaned our fish and we went home happy and excited about our day with some great memories and pictures. An amazing 5 hrs on the water and good test run for a longer trip with this team in the future. Absolutely recommend this charter for any occasion!!

Captain Steve and his first mate did a fantastic job all morning long made us feel very comfortable the boat was clean we had a great trip 95° Almost smooth In the Bay.. I would recommend this charger to all my friends and I will return. Thanks again Captain for a great day
