Lake Superior fishery needs no introduction, and if you've come here to get your fill of Lake Trout, Salmon, or Walleye fishing, Capt. Sean is your guy. From mid-May to the beginning of October, he runs full and half day trips out of Duluth, MN, for all the most popular catches in the area. Chinook and Coho Salmon are on the menu, as well as Walleye, Lake Trout, and Sturgeon.
Capt. Sean specializes in a variety of techniques that he'll gladly show you, and he'll also provide you with quality Okuma equipment to battle your catch and get it into the boat. You'll use an assortment of lures to get that fish to bite, and you'll have a first mate on board to help you with everything. Tips are a great way to show your appreciation for his hard work.
You'll be fishing out of a 2009 - 2605 Striper that can comfortably sit up to 4 anglers and have them fishing at the same time. Strong engines will get you to the fishing grounds in no time, and in between the bites, you can relax in the cabin or enjoy the views. When you come back to the dock, the crew will clean and fillet the catch for your convenience.
Come with your best fishing buddies or your family, and Capt. Sean will make sure you have a blast. Kids of all ages are welcome aboard, and there will be life jackets ready for them. All you need to start your trip is a fishing license and some drinks and snacks to keep you focused and energized.

We had a fantastic day out with Chamorrita Fishing Charters! We got lucky with great weather, but the real highlight was our captain, Sean. We were orginally scheduled for a Saturday afternoon halfday. Sean reached out that morning recommending we move to sunday morning due to high winds. the fact he took time from his scheduled day off with family to ensure out trip was enjoyable speaks volumes. He was incredibly patient and helpful with the kids, walking them through technique and taking the time to answer all their questions. Even though the bite reports were slow that day, Sean worked his network of other captains and kept adjusting to the conditions until he found fish — and got the kids some really nice catches. After we were done, he cleaned the fish for us and made sure we had plenty of time for pictures. Beyond being a great guide, Sean is clearly knowledgeable and easy to talk to — conversation flowed easily all day. His equipment was in great shape, and the boat was comfortable for our group of four. We’ll definitely be booking with Sean again and will be recommending him to all our friends. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing experience fishing with Captain Sean! It was our son’s birthday, and Captain Sean went above and beyond to make the day extra special. His attitude was incredible—lots of laughter, great conversation, and just an all-around wonderful atmosphere. Captain Sean is extremely knowledgeable and truly knows his stuff. He can almost tell what kind of fish is on the line just by holding the rod and feeling the pull! We ended the day with a great catch of 6 nice-sized fish, and our whole family had such a memorable time. It was one of those days we’ll be talking about for a long time. When we come back, we will absolutely be booking with Captain Sean again! Thank you, Sean, for making our son’s birthday such a fantastic adventure! 🎣❤️

captain Sean is very good at finding fish and getting them in the boat. I ws not disappointed in the results for the day. 1 king salmon 5 lakers and1 walleye on 4 rods. Not to mention that he's a heck of a nice guy. Will definitely recommend him.

I took my 10 year old grandson out for his birthday. Our captain was very patient with him and answered all of his questions. He was able to reel in 4 fish.
