Captain Joe has spent his entire life fishing Northern Minnesota, and the last 7 years exclusively on Lake Superior. The big lake has become his passion and he finds it incredible to watch the sunrise break free of the lake each morning.
The adventure starts on a 30' Trojan flybridge called Just Chillin'. It can fit up to 6 anglers, including a bathroom, and features top-class electronics to help find the best fishing spots and have the best opportunity to hook into the catch of a lifetime. Capt. Joe along with his first mate will work the entire trip to put you on fish.
You and the crew will be fishing up to 20 miles out of the Ariel Lift Bridge in Duluth, MN. You will be trolling mostly for Lake Trout but will have a good chance at Coho Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Walleye, Steelhead, and Brown Trout as well.
A quality experience with top-tier rods and tackle awaits you. The crew also provides fish filleting and bagging at the end of the trip at no additional charge.

I booked this trip with big hopes of catching some big lake trout maybe even a King Salmon or 2 ! We definitely caught a boat load of lake trout! We didn’t catch any salmon but I have no complaints we caught out limit of lake trout on a day everyone was heading back with nothing ! Crew was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be booking for next year with the same crew !

This was our first fishing trip on Lake Superior. We have 2 young busy boys age 5 and 8 and the guys did very well and was very patient with them! It was a great first experience and the boys were excited to get some trout !

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
