Mississippi John's Guide Service specializes in fishing the waters around Oswego and invites you along for a trip to remember.
Here you'll have access to local waters, including a few honeyholes that only the locals can clue you in on. Your guide specializes in drift fishing, which is what you'll be doing on the day of your trip. John will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
These waters are known for Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Chinook Salmon, and more – with any luck, it won't be long before 'Fish on!' Groups of up to 8 can join these excursions. You'll make your way to the fishing grounds on foot, so be sure to dress for current weather conditions and bring only as much as you can carry.
Expect to get in touch with John before the trip so you know where to meet and how to get there.
Your fishing license for the day is not included, so members of your group will need to buy one. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. Layered clothing and appropriate footwear are always encouraged (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). It's never a bad idea to bring sunblock, sunglasses, and bottled water in any weather conditions.
Mississippi John's Guide Service is ready to take you out on the water. Time to make it happen!

great time john was great we got fish. john wouldn’t quit great guide

There's no guarantees when you go fishing. The water levels were low and the temps were high, not ideal conditions. But John was optimistic and resourceful and he found the right spot and we got lucky. Came home with 2 very nice salmon, both 20+ lbs.
Mississippi John is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and loves his craft. you can’t find a more capable and gentleman like guide than John! I highly recommend him

Even though it was an extra windy day, John was able to put us on fish!

Wonderful person and fisherman. I will definitely come back
