Unplugged Guide Service is here to give you a personal experience on the wild waters of Oswego on foot!
Here you’ll have access to local waters, including some honeyholes that only a local guide can show you.
Your guide specializes in float fishing, and that’s exactly what you’ll do. You may also drift and bottom fish, jig and bottom fish, and spin for your catch. James will provide rods and reels, as well as lures and live bait.
These waters are known for Chinook Salmon, Atlantic Salmon, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout, and more – with any luck, you’ll have tight lines in no time.
Any keeper fish caught during the trip are yours to take with you. Now that’s a fresh meal! You’re welcome to bring up to 3 anglers on this guided experience. You’ll make your way to the fishing grounds on foot, so dress accordingly and bring only as much as you can carry.
Don’t hesitate to send James a message below with any questions you have, including where to meet on the day of your trip.
Be sure to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group ahead of time. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. Plan to dress in layers and appropriate footwear (if you aren’t sure what that means, just ask). It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock, no matter the weather.
This is a kid-friendly experience, so feel free to bring the whole family along and pack any snacks or extra clothing they need. They should always wear life vests, so find out if James has the right size available or bring your own.
Oswego has a fish with your name on it – let Unplugged Guide Service help you catch it!
