Finomenal Adventure Charters provides a fun and exciting experience, either freshwater or saltwater fishing.

Enjoy a relaxing day drifting on Lake Monroe or riding the waves at Ponce Inlet. You won’t be disappointed! Finomenal Adventures uses a 17’ 1720 Key West 2021 Center console, ready to accommodate 3 plus passengers. Your captain will provide rods and reels. Kids from 5 years and up are welcome!

These waters are known for Largemouth Bass, Common Bream, Flounder, Crappie, Pompano, Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Sunfish, Spotted Seatrout, and more. During the trip, you might be spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

A first mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates often work for tips, and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip. Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip!

It’s always a good idea to bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Smoking is not allowed while the boat is in operation.

Took a trip with Captain Burke and had terrific action from start to finish. You won’t find a more courteous and professional guide. Communication before, during, and after our trip was fantastic and it went way beyond “fishing talk”. Captain Burke was willing to go above and beyond to see that we had truly memorable morning in beautiful natural surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. I wouldn’t hesitate to fish again, and again, and again aboard this fine Veteran owned vessel.

captain james was awesome to fish with very informative on the area and everything fishing and history and knew how to put guys on fish either guy that already knew how to fish and someone new to it and had a blast i would recommend james to all my friends and other anglers 10 out of 10 if i come back this way i would book with him again

Truly Phenomenal Experience

New Smyrna Ponce Inlet 2 Person on March 11, 2025 • 2 adults

I took my son for a morning trip to catch “anything”, because he has had a string of bad luck the last few times he and I went fishing back home. This trip was a fantastic time and we were treated like family from the minute we got out of our car at the dock. Captain James was kind, attentive, personable, and passionate about fishing the Florida waters and made us feel like we were just hanging out with a friend. He made sure we knew what we needed to do, offered guidance, and brought us to some beautiful spots where we were able to make some great catches, including a beautiful bonnethead shark to end the morning. If I could, I’d go out with James at least once a week - he’s that good and worth it by a wide margin.

Great day with Capt Burke!

Took my 13 Year old daughter out for a day on the water with Captain Burke - was the highlight of our week! Capt. Burke was awesome, made sure we stayed on the fish, caught a really nice variety and ensured my daughter had a good time. Would recommend Finomenal Adeventure Charters to everyone, especially if you have a younger kid going out - he made sure we all had a great day and for me, that was the win! Thank you Capt.
