Top targets include Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Bluefish, Bonito, Common Bream, Conger Eel, Dentex, Mahi Mahi, Gilt-head, Scamp Grouper, Hogfish, Blue Marlin, and more if you cast your line at the right time of year. During the trip, you might be light tackle fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Raico will bring you aboard a 46’ Striker Sportfishing boat with a capacity for 12 passengers. It has outriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods and reels are covered by the charter.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips and it’s customary to offer them a 10 - 20% tip. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be water, soda, and beer on board. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Great fun on the fishing trip!
The boat was well equipped. The first hour was spent trolling and then it was time for bottom fishing. Each angler was given his own fishing rod and could get started. There were both experienced and beginners on board. After a while we continued trolling to the next spot for bottom fishing. In total we caught around 10 fish (3 different species). The trolling was not successful, but its fishing and not catching. The crew worked hard and were always helpful. This trip is definitely recommended!

Great experience
My fiance and I went twice on our trip this past week. It was a different captain for each time, but the same deck hand. Both captains were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the deck hand worked hard. You could tell it was a proud family business, which I loved. We both caught something our first day, but nothing the second time.. but not for lack of trying. That's fishing 🎣

Great day out on Lanzarote...
Another great days fishing out on Mizu from Puerto Calero. The boat is fantastic, and the deckhand works tirelessly during the trip - it also helped that the sun shone, and the sea was pretty calm. Der Angeltrip war von der Organisation (abholen am Hotel) sowie Ausstattung der Angelgeräte in sehr guter Qualität. Der Captain hat versucht die besten Angelstellen zu finden, auch wenn es beim Schleppen nicht geklappt hat( so ist es beim Angeln nun einmal), wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist 🔝.
