Make some memories in Corralejo and go fishing with Resacca Fishing Charter. Captain Agoney will be your guide, allowing you to benefit from years of angling experience.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Bigeye Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Bluefish, Bonito, White Marlin, Wahoo, Dentex, Barracuda, Bluefin Tuna, Blue Marlin, Dusky Grouper, Amberjack, and whatever else is biting. For these species, you’re likely to troll using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Agoney can also help you try kite fishing.
Capt. Agoney will bring you aboard a 30’ Catamaran with a capacity for 8 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. What’s more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks included on board.

5 Hour Trip - Shared (AM)
Caught all my goal fish!
This past week i went on two 5 hour shared charter with Resacca fishing charter. The first day Agoney told us there wasn't much live bait to be caught so he suggested to go trolling instead. It was a good call! We caught 2 wahoo's and i've caught my first Mahi mahi! Not big but beautiful non the less! The second day was quite windy with little chance of catching live bait, so said captain Agoney. Trolling wasn't a option due to the strong wind en swell. Stopped at Lobos but no live bait (boga) to be caught. Tried a number of spots but no luck. All other charter boats and even professional fishermen went back to port. Agoney did not want to give up and tried the last spot. Even told us we were going back to the harbour when we found the boga! In about an hour we caught enough fish to go for the bigger ones. We made way in direction to Lanzarote. There were pretty big waves but it was okay to fish. Almost immediatly we hooked a barracuda which we've lost. En soon after that a yellowfin tuna, approx. 8 kg. Every 10 minutes we had a bite. Caught 4 yellowfin tuna's between 6.5 and 9 kg, 3 barracuda's and an atlantic bonito. I caught a tuna (8.5kg) and the biggest barracuda. Another awesome day! I will definitly go out with Agoney when i'm back on the island!

Pero el clima no acompaño
Todo correcto, muy bien preparado, listo para triunfar. Primero fuimos a lobos para pescar carnada viva. Habia muchos y fue muy agradable. Cuando fuimos a por los grandes habia mogollon de viento, muchas olas y corriente. Cada cosa apuntando a distinto sitio. Huvo 2 buenas capturas en el barco. Yo no tube suerte. Si hubieramos tenido mejor clima seguro que seria otra historia.

We had a great time with Capt Agoney, he was really good at finding the spots. We caught some bait and then went for the big ones. Overall a lovely time out fishing. All equipment is provided as well as advice. Will recommend.

Really good captain. Very difficult sea conditions bid swell and currents. Captain worked extremely hard to find us fish which he did, I would definitely recommend this captain and would go back again. It's not all about the catching
