There's no guarantee when you're fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Spanish Mackerel, Bull Shark, Snook, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, Ladyfish, Goliath Grouper, and more if conditions allow. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
You'll be fishing aboard a 22' A&M catamaran with a BRAND NEW 2023 suzuki 200hp with space for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be bottled water on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to
bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

He is super knowledgeable about the area and pointed out multiple types of birds, we saw an alligator and two crocs, oyster clumps in the low tide, we were surrounded by manatee and sea turtles while fishing. We caught fish and the biggest thrill of day was the 8 or 9 foot lemon shark we brought in the boat and released. Captain Robert took great care of us, we checked a lot of boxes. Highly recommend

From start to finish, our captain made the experience feel totally personalized for our family. He was patient, kind, and super knowledgeable—not just with the kids, but with all of us. He taught us how to fish properly, explained which fish we could keep or use for bait, and helped Penelope with her own kid-sized pole (not a baby one—one just for her!). He even taught us about mangroves, boating safety, and the different fish we saw. Then—this was the best part—a dolphin came up by the boat! The captain told us to keep an eye out, and sure enough, it played in our wake and jumped through the waves. The kids were thrilled and we got some amazing pictures. He let us stay out longer so we could catch something special (and we did!), gave us water, took pictures, and made sure everyone was happy and involved. We caught plenty of fish incl. Spanish mackerel, catfish, spotted seatrout, lizard fish, croaker, whiting and crevalle jack. Our catch-of-the-day: mouth watering fried silver seatrout files that we brought to a nearby restaurant and had for lunch.

5 Hour Trip (AM) on July 3, 2024 • 5 adults • 2 childrenCaptain Rob was awesome. I took out my two sons (ages 9 and 10) and me niece and her boyfriend. Captain Rob could not have made this trip any better for us. We were able to catch plenty of fish and he even took one of our fish and put it on a shark pole and we were even able to catch a lemon shark as a bonus. Captain Rob was great dealing with my son's who needed plenty of assistance but he was always there to help them out. I would highly recommend taking a fishing trip with him
