Depending on the season, you might hook into Brown Trout, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), and whatever else takes the bait. On the day of your trip, you're likely to troll using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Al also offers fly fishing.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

You'll be welcome aboard a 16' Hyde drift boat that holds up to 1 passenger. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
