Spend the day with Blueline Fishing Charters and get hooked on fishing in Hingham! Your guide for the day is Captain David, which means you’ll tap into years of angling experience.
Fishing around here will often see you targeting Striped Bass, Bluefish, and more with any luck. On these trips, it’s common to troll using light tackle.
Your boat for the day is a 23’ Parker Downeast that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with a fighting chair and all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don’t leave home without sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Amazing Fishing Trip with David and Matt!
I recently had the pleasure of going on a fishing charter with Captain David and Mate Matt, and I can't recommend them enough! David was an excellent captain who made everyone feel welcome from the start. His knowledge of the waters and fishing was impressive, and he ensured we were comfortable and well-informed throughout the trip. Matt, the mate, is second to none when it comes to spotting live bait, especially pogies. His sharp eyes and passion for fishing made all the difference. Both David and Matt clearly love what they do, and their enthusiasm made the trip not only successful but incredibly enjoyable.
