The fish in these waters include Crappie, and more, depending on the time of year. You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Mississippi Crappie Charters welcomes kids aboard, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own.

You'll be welcome aboard a 21' Triton bass boat that holds up to 3 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Dustin will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect. It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.
