Book your next trip with Canyon Eagle 2 Fishing Charters and find out what the fishing in Belmar is all about.

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Bonito, Black Seabass, Atlantic Mackerel, Tautog, Mahi Mahi, Striped Bass, Scup (Porgy), Bluefin Tuna, Albacore Tuna, Flounder, Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefish, and whatever else takes the bait.

Capt. Nick welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can't go wrong with snacks – luckily, Capt. Nick will have some on board!

Capt. Nick will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

A few items to bring include sunglasses and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.

Captain Angel is the man!!!
4 Hour Trip (AM) on February 9, 2024

What an amazing experience Captain Angel gave us! And only was their fun for the whole family, Everybody caught fish! Angel and his crew definitely know what they’re doing. From location of fishing, to ease of transition from the dock going out into see. I felt very safe and secure, knowing I was in the hands of a true professional. Thank you all so much. Can’t wait to bring the family back once again! If you are looking for guaranteed fun, as well as success, this is the boat for you!

Great trip!
4 Hour Trip late afternoon on September 7, 20244 adults2 children

Our family (4 adults and 2 kids) went on this charter and had a great time! They took care of setting up the fishing poles, handling bait and giving us pointers how to fish in the ocean. The boat was very clean and the chairs inside were very comfortable. The boat had all the amenities we needed and the crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and looking forward to fishing again!

Great family fishing trip
6 Hour Trip on April 4, 2024

Canyon Eagle II is an amazing operation. Captain Nick kept us updated from the time I booked the trip all the way to the day of the trip. The boat is very nice, comforatable and roomy. The mate and Captain Angel were very accommodating, friendly and put us on fish. We had a great day and will make this into a yearly event.
