These waters are known for Snook, Redfish, Black Drum, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself! On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
You'll be casting lines from a 23' Mako center console with room for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. It's always wise to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

THE Jupiter trip

John was a class act. Myself, my buddy and both our girlfriends enjoyed excellent fishing, breathtaking views, and one hell of a captian. John is a one man army. Hes the captain and the first mate. every single one of us caught fish. John expertly filleted the fish and we got to being home a tasty dinner. He was all parts captain and part time tour guide. John recommanded some great local spots around town. Next time im in Jupiter I will be fishing on John’s boat!

John knew where the fish were with scary accuracy. We were catching fish within minutes of starting. We fished three spots and had strikes at all three locations. John is very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The gear he provided was top quality. The boat was clean and well maintained. John cleaned and fileted our catch for us and sent us on our way with smiles and handshakes all around. I HIGHLY recommend John.

We were signed up for an inshore trip. John proactively reached out to us the night before and said the fishing had been a little tough the past few days and wanted to know if we would be open to going 30 minutes offshore. We agreed to that and were not disappointed.
I asked if we could find some fish that pull hard for my 19 and 16 year old kids and he delivered. We were into fish almost instantly and it continued that way for the entire trip. We were all exhausted from fighting fish. My kids both said that was one of the funnest things they had ever done.
John went above and beyond and was also very personable and enjoyable to be around. He went out early that morning and caught us plenty of bait so that we could stay fishing the entire time. We couldn’t recommend him more.

Within 5 minutes I knew this was going to be an excellent trip. Captain John was personal and approachable. His boat is set up to catch fish and he was prep'd with bait and tackle. We caught fish!!! We caught big fish!!! Captain John knows the waters and where to take his clients. He also provides the subtle things... such as music. His Playlist was on point. The conversation was on point. And the excitement to see his client hook up was on point!! His boat is set up to catch fish. No gimmicks, just straight up local fishing knowledge. I WILL FISH WITH CAPT JOHN AGAIN!!!
