With Lucky Spot Charters, you’ll be fishing in one of the nation’s premier fishing destinations. The fishery here is incredibly diverse.
Depending on the season, you may catch Redfish, Snook, Trout, Tarpon, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, and many other species. As an added bonus, the natural beauty of the area is unmatched. Enjoy amazing sunrises, sunsets, scenic views, and wildlife sightings that may include dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, herons, and ospreys.
Captain Jeshua Kavanaugh is a full-time fishing guide. Living locally allows him to spend time on the water regularly, staying on top of fish patterns and water conditions so he can put his clients in the best position to catch quality fish.
Captain Jeshua is a Native Floridian, a lifelong angler, and a father of four. He enjoys spending time in God’s creation and loves sharing his passion for the outdoors with others, including children. As a retired firefighter/paramedic, Captain Jeshua’s first priority is your safety. He is licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard, certified in CPR/first aid, and fully insured.
Capt. Jeshua operates an fully loaded Pathfinder 2300 HPS that can easily accommodate 4 anglers. The boat has multiple livewells and ample storage for all your fishing needs. Enjoy a safe and comfortable ride while you fish. Captain Jeshua prides himself on operating a clean and safe vessel. Fishing licenses, rods, reels, live bait, and tackle are included so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time!
It is recommended you bring a hat and polarized sunglasses. You may also want to bring a sweater/jacket if the weather forecast is cool, windy, or rainy. Captain Jeshua will provide a cooler with ice and water. You are welcome to bring your own food or drinks, but please no glass containers.

Trips depart from Titusville / Oak Hill or Edgewater depending on conditions - Northern Mosquito Lagoon Region

Best charter in central florida

The absolute best charter in Florida i have been on a lot of charts but cap Jeshua is by far my fav and best not only did he hook me up on my new pb snook, redfish, and trout but we stayed out much later on the water and felt like I was fishing with a friend rather than a charter. Extremely knowledgable captain and a good man at heart who will bend head over heals to get you want you want if you want a 40 inch snook you WILL get a 40 inch snook. Absolute amazing time on the water and will definitely be booking hime in bull red season. Couldn't recommend this charter enough

Best Fishing Charter Ever

Been on 35+ fishing charters
This was by far the best charter. Captain put us on Snook, redfish, ladyfish, catfish. Our captain was so polite, knowledgeable and professional. Conditions were not favorable. It was very windy. Tides against us. But that did not stop our captain. First he brought us to a stop. Bang ... Nice snook.. ladyfish... After 5 min we moved to a spot. I never thought we would catch anything. Boy was I wrong !!! My friend hooked a redfish he fought with it a good 20 minutes
Brings it to the boat. A MONSTER BULL RED. 44" Next it my turn... bang another Bull red 40". Awesome fight. The captain asked if we wanted to catch a snook. We were like hell yeah. After a ten minute boat ride. Captain take us to a secret snook stop. There a couple minutes and bang .... Snook was jumping!!! My dinner !!! This Captain was incredible he really knew what we wanted and he delivered. I would highly recommend this Captain. I can't wait to go again!

TOP NOTCH FISHING GUIDE

Our first ever inshore fishing trip in Florida was nothing short of incredible. That first night we must have boated at least 50 fish, caught 10 different species, used up almost 12 dozen shrimp (at 8 dollars a dozen) & i also lost 4 huge fish right next to the boat. To be honest I wasnt sure how I was going to live with myself after losing that many big fish in one night. Luckily for me i would get my shot at redemption.Thanks to our incredible guide. Jeshua it was truly a pleasure. Not only did you put us on the fish You rearranged your whole schedule and functioned on barely 3 hours of sleep just to take us out a second time. Between the two nights we fished nearly 4 hours beyond what we paid for. It's pretty easy to see you really love what you do. Your passion and knowledge when it comes to fishing is simply undeniable. And I have to tell you your polite, calm demeanor, and patience, with my son not only helped him land a fish of a lifetime it sparked in him a passion for fishing I never thought i'd see. And I got my redemption.. Kuddos Jeshua your a rare one. I will see you in Semptember😁

Capt was patient and kind. Found snook and it was on!! Caught my first ever snook and the Capt was as happy as we were. Caught different species at different spots. The Capt treated my wife like the fisherman she is. It was a great and memorable day with lots of pics!

Great guide, great guy, great trip! I have booked in multiple states with multiple guides he is top notch. His knowledge, equipment, & personality couldn't have been better. Booked a trip to take my brother visiting from out of state. Cap put us on about 15 snook all over 30". We got our limit in 20 min, but still caught em all night. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future!
