Welcome aboard Knott Workin LLC! Captain Hunter invites you and your family to enjoy a fun, safe, and memorable day on the water. With over 13 years of local fishing experience, he takes pride in creating laid-back, enjoyable trips where everyone—from first-time anglers to seasoned fishermen—feels right at home.
We target a variety of species including amberjack, gag grouper, cobia, redfish, mahi, grunt, and red snapper, giving you plenty of opportunities to reel in something exciting. Best of all, no fishing license is required—we’ve got everything covered for you. Kids are always welcome, and we love helping young anglers make their first big catch!
You’ll be fishing aboard a comfortable 27’ Sea Hunt Gamefish center console, perfect for up to 4 guests, fully equipped with outriggers, rods, reels, bait, ice, and an onboard restroom. Safety is a top priority, and we provide life vests in all sizes.
Light snacks and water are included, and we recommend bringing sunscreen so you can relax and enjoy your time on the water.
A friendly, professional deckhand will be onboard to assist throughout your trip (customary gratuity 10–20%).

Great Experience

I’ve been on quite a few charters over the years, and this one truly stands out as one of the best.
Hunter knows what he’s doing and made the entire experience enjoyable, and memorable for my family.
Even though the weather kept us from heading out into the ocean we were able to go home with our limit of Spanish fish, which was awesome.
We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again the next time we’re in the area!

Capt knew the waters and where to fish and what was in and out of season. Easily caught 20+ fish between two of us. They went above and beyond to make sure it was a great day on the water. Hunter was very helpful with all my questions about the area too. it was awesome to have someone local and someone who owned and operated their equipment. I will definitely be booking with them when I’m back this way. I grew up on boats and now live in a desert so it was fun to be back on the water. Highly recommend this company. They’ll do you right and make sure your experience is excellent.

Hooked for Life – Best Charter Experience Ever!

We had an unforgettable experience with our fishing charter. When we booked first it got rained out but Captain Hunter and his brother Josh made a switch were awesome to work with! They were chill laid back and my kind of people! So, knowledgeable about the waters and wild life. They showed my boys a lot of non stop action! They got the fish off the hooks and even bait our hooks. Even though the Dolphin kept robbing us of our fish, we still had a blast! Top-notch crew, great vibes. Not only were we reeling in memories but some monsters too!
And Just when we thought the trip couldn’t get any wilder, we watched a shark come up and tear into an amberjack right off the line! 😱🦈 Talk about National Geographic in real life!
Highly recommend if you’re looking to have a real adventure on the water. 🌊💪
