Captain Ponytail Guide Service
Captain Ponytail Guide Service offers unique fishing adventures based on what the charter party wants on a particular day. After discussing who is going to be on the boat we try to design our day based on our guest’s “wish list” for the adventure. Kids are welcome and a trip for a family with two children would be different than a trip with two “old salts” who want to chase their bucket list tarpon. In other words…we design the trip by what the customer says they want.
The boat is an Avenger AV-26 and offers the smoothest, dryest ride possible and will be spotlessly clean when you board in the morning. The tackle is all top-notch, and there is lots of it! When you hang up a rig on a rock and break it off, no waiting for the captain to build you another rig… I simply hand you another rod and you’re fishing again in seconds. My job is to keep a rod in your hand and bait in the water for your entire trip. No waiting on rigging.
We offer a variety of fishing techniques, some with you casting, retrieving, and working hard to catch… Others when we put the rods in the rod holders and you chat it up and enjoy till a big fish takes the bait and the thrill is on. All this in a comfortable, clean boat in and around over twenty miles of unspoiled, unpopulated barrier islands - eagles, dolphins, and alligators are your only audience for your trophy catch! A beautiful, peaceful day spent in nature, interrupted by screaming reels as you fight your trophy fish to the boat. An adventure you and your family and friends will be talking about at Christmas dinner for years to come. I have over twenty years of experience on the water… and my job is selling fun and excitement!
I hope you and your family and friends will come join me for the adventure of a lifetime with Captain Ponytail Guide Service!
