Barbara Sportfishing invites you to experience the stunning waters of Puerto Vallarta. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Juan Manuel knows them forwards and back.

These waters are known for Bonito, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Red Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Sailfish, Roosterfish, and more – with any luck, it won't be long before 'Fish on!' You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea – luckily, Capt. Juan Manuel will have some on board!

Your adventure begins aboard a 36' Custom sportfishing vessel with room for 8 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Don't forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.
