Why should I fish with Unlimited?
At Unlimited we not only like to catch fish, we also like to have a good time. We understand that fishing with a guide is a group activity, and we strive to make this activity as meaningful and entertaining as possible. We can not guarantee that we are going to catch the exact fish you are angling for. But we can guarantee that every effort will be made to put you in the best possible position to achieve your goal.
Are the Fish Biting?
Generally they are. At Unlimited Guide Service we know that catching fish requires flexibility. Wind, weather time of year, and water temperature all affect how and if the fish are going to bite. Unlimited runs state of the art Lowrance and Garmin electronics to ensure that you are on top of the fish. We use high quality St. Croix and Fenwick rods to ensure you are feeling the fish bite, and proper tackle to ensure that they do. In the rare instances when the fish are not biting, the day isn't wasted. There is still opportunity on the water to fish with some great people, learn fishing techniques that will no doubt be reutilized at your lake, and create memories that will never be forgotten. It isn't just about the fish. It is so much more.
What do I need to bring?
Your charter includes everything needed for the evening consisting of: fishing equipment, bottled water, and all safety equipment. However, if there is equiptment you like to use, bring it along.

Sunscreen / Sunglasses
Food and Beverages
Cooler to take fish home
How many can be accommodated?
For the 2024 season we will be running our brand new NITRO ZV21. With this boat we can accommodate up to 5 individuals.
How do we make fishing fun for kids?
Kids love catching fish. Give them the opportunity to experience the variety of fish that Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin have to offer.

Their long-standing experience shows the moment you step on the boat. They have everything set up and ready and go and immediately know the right locations to head to in order to catch what you looking for. They are patient and can work with and guide every level of anglers. They provided an excellent overall experience and we truly had such fun day on the water. Would recommend them for any fishing excursion!

Chain o Lake Musky 6am-12 on October 16, 2024Pat and Anthony have the nicest settup! The boat is spacious and comfortable, the gear and equipment is top of the line and all ready to go! They got me hooked up on this 20 pound Flathead Catfish! I enjoyed my time on the water and learned a lot of new information about different lures, fish tendancies and the structure of the lake. I even got to watch my lure on the live scope which was a very cool experience.They were very friendly, easy going and knowledgable. I would highly suggest taking a trip with them!

Captain Anthony and Patrick have all the right tools, all the knowledge and knew all the right spots to get us as many fish as we could. We started out jigging caught a bunch of fish, and then we tried trolling and caught even more! We took the fish home, cleaned them up and grilled dinner. Such a cool experience, that we will never forget. Highly recommended to anybody looking for an awesome guide!

My dad and I had a great time on this tour! Super patient with us being newbies, and we had so much fun catching fish. They made sure to give us a chance to cast and reel so it was both educational and fun! We got to see a lot of the lakes going to multiple areas and appreciate looking out to make sure we departed safely. Highly recommend!

I began fishing at a young age with my dad and uncles in farm ponds. With my background in education, I felt it was another way I could help people share in an activity that I enjoy. Casting is my Bread-and-Butter and a go-to tactic on the water. Outside of fishing, I work as a physical education teacher and coach. I also work part-time as a fireman. My friends and family have all been very supportive of my fishing career. I never would have gotten as far as I have without them. Not just in the fishing world, but in every aspect of my life.
