Why should I fish with Unlimited?
At Unlimited we not only like to catch fish, we also like to have a good time. We understand that fishing with a guide is a group activity, and we strive to make this activity as meaningful and entertaining as possible. We can not guarantee that we are going to catch the exact fish you are angling for. But we can guarantee that every effort will be made to put you in the best possible position to achieve your goal.
Are the Fish Biting?
Generally they are. At Unlimited Guide Service we know that catching fish requires flexibility. Wind, weather time of year, and water temperature all affect how and if the fish are going to bite. Unlimited runs state of the art Lowrance and Garmin electronics to ensure that you are on top of the fish. We use high quality St. Croix and Fenwick rods to ensure you are feeling the fish bite, and proper tackle to ensure that they do. In the rare instances when the fish are not biting, the day isn't wasted. There is still opportunity on the water to fish with some great people, learn fishing techniques that will no doubt be reutilized at your lake, and create memories that will never be forgotten. It isn't just about the fish. It is so much more.
What do I need to bring?
Your charter includes everything needed for the evening consisting of: fishing equipment, bottled water, and all safety equipment. However, if there is equiptment you like to use, bring it along.
Recommendations:
State Fishing License (Anyone over 16)
Warm / Cold weather gear
Sunscreen / Sunglasses
Food and Beverages
Cooler to take fish home
How many can be accommodated?
For the 2024 season we will be running our brand new NITRO ZV21. With this boat we can accommodate up to 5 individuals.
How do we make fishing fun for kids?
Kids love catching fish. Give them the opportunity to experience the variety of fish that Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin have to offer.

I planned this trip as a surprise to my 2 grandsons that had graduated high-school. The Captains were were great and very helpful. Both of my grandsons already know how to fish so, the conversation went to learning new and /or better technique. We will be going out with them again and would definitely recommend them to beginners though experience fishers. A GREAT Day
Had a great time with Anthony. we had caught alot of fish. caught alot of walleye even a huge northern it was a great time. Anthony went out of his way to makw sure we were comfortable in the heat. trip is best for all anglers beginners to experts. The service supplies everything you need so you dont have to bring a thing with you.
The truth is, sometimes that’s how it goes! Very warm water + hot July day equals lazy walleye. Caught plenty of fish (which was still fun) and captain Anthony and awesome assistant Lilly were very fun to spend time with! Boat was outfitted great and I would definitely try them again (May or June 😊). Hats off to the effort!
My daughter (9) and son (13) had a great time! The guide, Patrick was great. Very patient and knowledgeable. We all learned a bit more about fishing. The boat was new and decked out with a fish finder which helped us catch a lot of fish. My kids were quite pleased. Can't wait to go again.
I purchased this trip for my godson’s birthday and he had an absolutely blast! Not only did he catch a bunch of fish but both my godson and his parents could not speak highly enough about the captain and crew. Definitely will book again and highly recommend!
