Book your next trip with Fast Action Fishing Adventures and find out what you're missing on the Washington Coast. Having logged many hours on these waters, Captain Paul can tell you all about them.
Species like Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Coho Salmon, Cutthroat Trout, and more can be found in these waters if conditions are right. On these trips, you can expect to drift using light tackle.
Fast Action Fishing Adventures welcomes kids aboard, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!
Capt. Paul operates a 12' NRS Slipstream Drift boat with room for 2 passengers. It has all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect. Don't leave home without sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. Time to make it happen, with Fast Action Fishing Adventures!

Growing up on the lake, fishing has been my passion since my parents first put a rod in my hands. I used to spend my summers catching Yellow Perch and Bluegill off the end of the dock, but that quickly blossomed into different bodies of water, chasing big Salmon, Steelhead, and anything else our gorgeous state offers. As soon as I could (age 18), I earned my U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential and began guiding for Trout, Bass, Salmon, and Steelhead in Washington State and a few years later in Alaska for summer Chinook, Chum, and Sockeye Salmon. Washington State offers some of the most unique and beautiful water in the nation. Whether we fish for Salmon and Steelhead floating down some of our gorgeous rivers, or we jump in the powerboat to chase gorgeous wild Trout, Bass, or panfish, it is my goal to make your trip as fun and memorable as possible!
