Fishing Devotion Charters is here to show you the stunning waters of Cocoa Beach. With Captain David at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Black Drum, Redfish, Sheepshead, Snook, Spotted Seatrout, Tarpon, Tripletail, Ladyfish, Jack Crevalle, Mangrove Snapper, and whatever else is biting. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. David also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Also, remember to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Capt. David welcomes you aboard a 17' Action Craft flats boat that can carry up to 3 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.

Captain Glasser, we called him David, was the best overall guide I have had in over 20 years. This intercoastal fishing trip was for my grandson’s 8th birthday (Teddy). David made sure that it was memorable for Teddy. He exlained the wildlife, provided fast boat rides (necessay), took us to quiet mangrove inlets, and put us on fish. He would precisely cast for Teddy and help him bring in his own fish when hooked. We did catch a lot, with Teddy bringing in two redfish (both 24” plus), hooking, fidghting and losing one, and catching a couple of sea cats. Book him and have terrific fishing adventure.

Captain David took us around the islands of the Banana River. Beautiful and peaceful back in the mangrove channels. Caught several redfish, and a nice trout. Saw plenty of dophins, manatees and even an alligator. Great trip overall.

Beautiful day fishing the mangroves. Captain David knows the mangrove maze well having fished it since childhood. Found lots of trout and a nice redfish too. Plus the launch site was super close to downtown cocoa beach which was very convenient.
