Capt Joe was great for getting us to locations and ensuring the gear was properly setup. Provided enough live bait to feed the fish we did not catch, not his fault. We had a great time chatting about fishing spots all over the country and we were presented with great opportunities to catch fish but they were finicky. We all enjoyed the trip and the bonding time.

had a fun trip with y'all hopefully the big ones will get on the hook next time. we did catch couple nice flounder, black snapper and white trout.
Captain Joe booked our trip on short notice. We caught Black Snapper, Flounder, Spanish Mackerel. We closed the day on King Mackerel. I would definitely recommend Captain Joe at Cool Change Charters.
Fished a small number of spots about 6-7 miles offshore and had continuous action. Fish weren't real big but managed to land about a dozen including red snapper, mangrove snapper, trigger fish and king mackeral. Four were keepers. Captain Andy knows the area well and always put us on the fish. He also fileted the catch when we returned to the dock. It was a fun morning.
Our party of 4 had a great time. We had no idea what to expect or what we would catch. Capt. Nash was patient with the beginners on the boat. Baited our hooks and took us to the honey holes where we caught huge Kings and Spanish. He even stopped off on way back to pier and should us how to throw our cast net. The pier employees were correct when they said he was the nicest captain out there and new where all the big fish were. When we come back we will book again with Capt. Nash. I also thoroughly enjoyed his stories. -- Erin Brown

Captain Joe was great. 35 years on the water and to say the least very knowledgeable about fishing and the area in general. I would highly recommend a trip. We all had fun and caught more than we expected.
The Angler's Choice Award is given to listings that consistently deliver a high-quality service and earn great reviews from customers.
I started commercial fishing the bays at the age of 12, and have since worked on the water, running all types of vessels. I have been in the charter fishing business full-time since 1987, and I have been USCG licensed since 1982. I have fished over 4,000 paid charters and still love to see people catch fish! Our crew takes pride in our boat, customers, and catch. I would like to have the opportunity to take you and your family, or a group of friends, fishing!
