You'll be dropping lines from a 53' Down East Sport Fishing Yacht licensed for 46 passengers (max) although 30 guests is best for fishing. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water and a toilet on board for your convenience.
Spend the day with Cape Ann Cruises and get hooked on fishing in Gloucester aboard the Legendary WeJack, a custom Downeast sport fishing boat with a full bar! Your guide for the day is Captain Jeff, so you'll benefit from years of knowledge & experience.
These waters are known for Striped Bass, Pollock, Cod, Bluefish, Bluefin Tuna, Atlantic Mackerel, Haddock, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Cape Ann Cruises welcomes kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! There are 46 adult lifevests and 5 children's lifevests. If you need more than 5 child-sized life vests, please be sure to request that when booking. There are snacks on board for purchase and full catering is available (requires 2 weeks lead time usually). Capt. Jeff has rods and reels for you, along with lures & live bait for some trips
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates often work for tips & it's customary to pay a 20% tip.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Full Cash bar. NO BYOB due to our liquor license, but we have a full Cash Bar.

How cancellations work
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 30 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
