Lake Erie Fishing out of Geneva-on-the-Lake has a fish with your name on it, so let Reel Koas Fishing Charters help you catch it! Having logged many hours on Lake Erie, Captain Chris can tell you all about the local fishery as well as show you how to catch the fish.
The fish in these waters include Walleye, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), and more with any luck. On the day of your trip, you're likely to troll.
You'll be dropping lines from a 28' Robalo center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Chris will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait will be provided and will be available if needed.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
Ohio fishing license is required, you can purchase one from the ODNR website, or at the marina.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We had a wonderful time. Capt. Chris was great. Our first time on Lake Erie and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this experience with Capt Chris and Reel Kaos. If you are ever in the area just do it.

Captain Chris was AWESOME!!! He made our trip so enjoyable; especially for my wife's first guided fishing excursion. We caught several walleye and ended it with an amazing sunset on Lake Erie! She's ready to book another trip!! That's saying something, lol!!! Captain Chris was a great communicator. We texted several times before the trip. He kept me informed of the weather conditions, to make sure we had purchased our fishing license as well as to make sure we knew where to meet him for the trip. Reeling Kaos was clean, it was well maintained and it had plenty of gear to make sure we had a good experience. That's a sign of an experienced Captain. Awesome day! Really appreciate Captain Chris and First Mate Rusty keeping us on the fish all afternoon, and taking care of all the little details that made a successful and enjoyable charter. They know their stuff for finding the fish, dialing in the tackle and running multiple lines at once. Seems like we were always reeling and boating fish. Captain Chris grew up outside of Pittsburgh. In his early years of fishing, he would make multiple trips a year to Lake Erie with his father and grandfather fishing on charters for multiple species of fish on Lake Erie. As he got older he purchased his first boat back in 1997 and started fishing the lake on his own. In 2010 he moved to Geneva OH which put him closer to the body of water he loved the most Lake Erie. He purchased his first Walleye tournament boat a Ranger 620 back in 2011 and started Walleye Tournament Fishing. His passion for the sport was unparalleled and his constant need to learn helped him gain the experience needed to get his USCG Captains License and start his charter service on Lake Erie.
