You'll be fishing on the brand new, state of the art Defiance Admiral 260 pilot house that can comfortably seat 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience .Two Live scopes Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures. Live bait is also included
when needed.
A full hands on experience casting with Live scope or trolling for trophy Walleye. You can be involved as much as you want. From setting lines to netting fish.
Geneva on the lake is known as the WALLEYE CAPITOL of the world. You may also catch Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Yellow Perch, White bass and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself! For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle.
Kids are welcome, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, one be on board to use. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect. Some essentials to bring are sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Captain Mike is the man. He joked with us before we left that Erie is the Walleye fishing capital of the world, only it was no joke. We didn't have our lines in the water long before my two brothers and I we're pulling them in left and right while Mike was constantly resetting the lines and yelling "Fish On" seemingly seconds after we had just got the last one in the boat. While you can never guarantee a successful fishing trip, Mike definitely put us in the best possible position to have a busy day and we were out and back in a little over 2 hours with our full limit of fish. An awesome day and we were extremely grateful!

The captain got our group of 4 to a good location within 30 minutes of leaving the marina. We caught our limit of 24 walleye within 4 hrs. This was my first time fishing like this the captain was like a band leader orchestrating a symphony he had poles all over at different depths we the crew helped out. He would start a rod letting out line hand to one of us and say let it out to 80 or 95 ft. I learned alot fishing on the Erie. He was funny played some good music.if you go on his boat just listen to what he says and you will have success reel the fish in slowly. Thanks Cap.

Waves were terrible a couple people in our group got super sick. However for the hour we were fishing they were coming in right after another. Having a great dinner tonight. Capt. Mike was great.
it was unfortunate the girls weren't feeling well because the fishing was very good. hopefully the weather cooperates in ext time .
Mike worked hard to get us our limit of nice walleyes. Very personable and organized.
I enjoyed having you guys on my boat today. best of luck to you both..
