Lillian has a fish with your name on it, so let Boat People help you catch it!
Species like Amberjack, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Sheepshead, Gray Triggerfish, and more can be found in these waters, depending on when you go. On the day of your trip, you’re likely to bottom fish using light tackle.
Capt. Ronald will bring you aboard a 24’ Robalo bay boat with a capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It’s always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. The charter will provide a cooler with ice.
