For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Your Captain also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
The charter welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are also a good idea to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Your vessel for the day is a 44’ custom sportfishing boat with room for 4 passengers. It has outriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
You might need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don’t leave home without sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is not allowed. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.

The captain and crew are very enthusiastic and love to fish. Good vibes on the boat and everyone is very friendly. I have fished many charters in the past and this trip ranks up there as one of the best. I have fished all over the world and I can say you will not be disappointed hiring these guys as your guide. They know where to find the fish and have all the correct gear for the job. I was impressed with the quality of fishing tackle, these guys are serious fisherman. We caught many species of fish. Here are just some photos.
