Species like Sturgeon, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Chum Salmon, Pink Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, and more are in the cards, depending on the time of year. During the trip, you might be fishing with heavy tackle, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Big Valley Sportfishing Adventures welcomes kids aboard, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks!

Your vessel for the day is a 24’ North River jet boat with space for 5 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Mark will provide rods and reels for you.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
