Spend the day with Ultimate Fin chasers to experience the thrill of catching a shark. 

The name of the game around here is heavy tackle fishing, which is how you’ll get acquainted with these waters. Chris will provide rods and reels and bait. 

These waters are known for Hammerhead Sharks, Bull Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Blacktip Sharks, and more. With any luck, you’ll find out for yourself!

Fishing on these trips is strictly catch and release. We tag and release sharks through the NOAA Cooperative Tagging Program. You will have the opportunity to tag your own and track its migration through recaptures.
Groups of up to 4 can join these excursions. You’ll make your way to the fishing grounds on foot, so dress accordingly.  A few items to bring include chairs, towels, sunscreen, food, and sunglasses.

Your fishing license for the day is not included, so all members of your group need to buy one. You must have a Florida Shark Fishing permit and a Saltwater Fishing license. You can find these online. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Layered clothing and appropriate footwear are always encouraged.

Chris will provide drinks, but if you wish to bring your own, simply ask. Are you ready to have the whole family unplug? Then you’ll be glad to know that kids are more than welcome.
