Hi Mr.Rangel ! We're truly sorry to hear that your fishing trip didn't meet your expectations. We completely understand how disappointing it is to spend a day on the water without landing a fish. Unfortunately, fishing is one of those activities that no one can guarantee, as it depends on many factors beyond anyone's control, including weather, tides, water conditions, and fish behavior. Even the most experienced captains have days when the fish simply aren't cooperating. That's the nature of sportfishing, some days are incredible, while others are much slower. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
