On these trips, you can enjoy both trolling and bottom fishing using light or heavy tackle. Captain Jason also offers fly fishing; however, guests may need to bring their own fly-fishing gear.
The fish you catch are yours to keep, as long as they are within legal limits. Your catch can also be cleaned for you, giving you the perfect chance to enjoy fresh local seafood after your adventure.
Families who love fishing together will be happy to know that kids are welcome aboard. If you do not have a child-sized life vest, be sure to ask if one is available. Bringing snacks is also a great idea to keep everyone energized throughout the trip.
You’ll step aboard a 29-foot sportfishing boat that can accommodate up to 10 passengers. The boat is equipped with outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essential equipment needed for a successful day on the water. A restroom is available onboard for your comfort.
Your captain will provide rods, reels, and lures. Live bait is included, but it is recommended to ask whether you will need to catch it yourself. A First Mate will be there to assist and ensure your trip runs smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary for their hard work.
