I was born and raised on the eastern shore of Lake Ontario just a mile up the coast for the Salmon River Lighthouse marina where we will be meeting for your charter.

I have been fishing on the lake since a young boy. I received my first boating license at the age of ten. I bought my first charter boat at the age of 18 with the help of my dad in 1998 and have been chartering ever since.

I went to Syracuse University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and environmental sciences. While at SU I would run my charter boat or drift boat down the Salmon River or on Lake Ontario during the weekends or on break. After graduation, I moved my summer fishing business to Alaska and ran 120 days a year in Alaska for 15 years while returning in early September to run charters in the lake and then drift boat trips all fall, winter, and Spring.

In 2019 I sold most of my Alaska business and stayed full time in my hometown of Pulaski to be with family and continue to charter and guide clients on my home waters. I have had a master Coast Guard license for 25 years and know these waters extremely well.

I run all top-of-the-line boats, gear, and equipment. I have two charter boats on in Port Ontario and one in Oswego Harbor. I also run two different drift boats down the Salmon River for Salmon and Steelhead all fall, winter, and spring.
