If you are visiting St. Thomas or St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, come join us for a day of fishing on Riptide.
Riptide is a 2003 Topaz 32 Express that was completely refitted in 2022. If you are looking for a comfortable day out fishing, this is the boat you want to be on. Riptide has tons of covered seating/shade, AC, Refrigerator, head/bathroom, bed, dinette and a TV downstairs, which is great for kids or anyone wanting to “beat the heat”.
We offer 4, 6 & 8 hour trips accommodating up to 6 anglers plus captain & first mate. There will be ice & bottled water provided. We will clean and bag any fish you wish to keep.

Slaying Tuna!
8 Hour Trip – Offshore (AM) on May 7, 2025 • 2 adults
Capt. Lawrence and his mate Tyler were top notch today. We had a slow first hour, but then the capt found the birds and it was a tuna frenzy! Both captain and and mate were very courteous and happy to share information about the islands or general fishing information. The Riptide is a very nice Topaz with ample room for fishing and has great amenities for a charter vessel! They were even kind of enough to offer sashimi on boat, to which we indulged. It was a great experience for my wife and I as we both enjoy sport fishing. We would not hesitate to book with Drift or Capt. Lawrence again.

Captain Brian and his first mate Micah were great. The weather was less than ideal, but they put us on the fish right away. Bith were great with the kids and made it a memorable trip!

Great morning on FV Riptide

Cpt Brian and Micah got my son ( age 11) and myself on the bite in less than 60 minutes. Friendly and professional and great with my son for sure. Would use them again next time in USVI

Amazing, Fantastic trip
4 Hour Trip – Nearshore (AM) on July 6, 2025 • 5 adults
What a blast. Captain Lawrence put us on the fish. First mate Clemrick could not have been better. He was informative and worked extremely hard to make sure we all caught fish. He made the entire trip fun and exciting. We caught some large wahoo, king mackerel, tuna, barracuda and mahi. When we returned they cleaned the fish and recommended a restaurant for us to take the fish for our dinner. Best tasting fish ever. Book your trip

Hot Mahi Bite
10 Hour Trip – Marlin (AM) on June 19, 2025 • 3 adults
The Captain and his worked extremely hard to track down the fish. We were presented with a challenges as the grass was prevalent.
It did not stop the crew from constantly keeping our lines clear of grass in order to keep the bite alive.
The pictures probably red present half our catch as we released too many to count. Great experience if looking for action.
