For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. The fish caught are yours to take home, so long as they meet regulations.
Trips with Enigma Fishing Mallorca are fun for all ages, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites to stay fueled throughout your trip!
You'll find yourself aboard a 30' Sportfishing that holds up to 6 passengers. It has downriggers, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods and reels are covered by the charter.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

My first bluefin
9 Hour Trip – Big Game TROLLING on June 26, 2025
I caught my first ever bluefin weighing 70kg thanks to Captain Tomeu. He is a previous national tuna fishing champion and has represented Spain in the world championships. What he doesn’t know about catching tuna isn’t worth knowing. I have fished all over the world and, in my mind, if you want a fishing experience of a lifetime book a day with Enigma, you won’t regret it.

A great day on the water in October
8H Trip – Big Game Fishing chumming on October 20, 2024
We were looking for a trip that included fishing, snorkeling, exploring, and great times off the coast of Mallorca. We didnt catch any big fish (but lots of small ones) and really enjoyed the captain and crew. A big surprise was the quality of the tapas that were served - wow!!

3H Trip CHILDREN FISHING (AM) on July 25, 2024
We had a great 4 hour trip with captain Tom of Enigma Fishing. We caught sea bream, red snapper and scorpion fish amongst others which we ate for dinner. The boat was spacious with sonar for spotting the fish on the reefs. Would definitely book again.
