Looking to go fishing in Everett? That’s what Mixed Metals Outdoors is here for! Your guide for the day is Captain Ben, allowing you to benefit from years of angling experience.
Around here the fishing is popular for Coho Salmon, and more, depending on the season. You’ll target your catch by spinning, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks to keep up those energy levels!
You’ll be dropping lines from a 24’ Alumaweld aluminum fishing boat with space for 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers, all the essentials. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you.
Before coming aboard, it will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect. We are running coho trips in Puget sound along with the Skagit and Snohomish rivers.
It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Mixed Metals Outdoors.
