Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Lane Snapper, Gray Triggerfish, and whatever else takes the bait. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.

Families making of a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea to keep their stamina going!

Your boat for the day is a 18’ Grady-White center console with space for 3 passengers. It comes with and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
