Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites – luckily, Capt. Mike will have some on board!
Your trip begins aboard a 21’ Phoenix bass boat with space for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.

We had a great day with Mike Scott! He was very helpful with finding the rightb spots to catch some great fish. And he was also so patient when we became snagged or when we needed to change our bait. We will recommend his service the next time we are at the Lake!!

We caught 18 fish between 2 of us even though we had unseansonably cold weather. I caught my biggest bass in my life at our first stop. My grandson is 12 and he caught 10 .great day on the water.

We had a great morning with Mike. Not only did we catch a lot of largemouth, but more importantly my 7 year old son had a great time. He doesn't have a lot of experience, but Mike was great with him. Very patient and instructive. Mike will definitely be our first contact for future trips!
