Catfish, Rockfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Snakehead, Sunfish, White Perch, and more could be biting if you come at the right time of year. On the day of your trip you’re likely to bottom fish using light tackle.

If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites!

Your vessel for the day is a 33’ Grady-White Express that can carry up to 6 passengers. It is outfitted with plenty of rod holders, a live well, multiple coolers, refrigerator, heated cabin and a stand-up head. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, along with lures. Bait is also included.

Before coming aboard we'll need to buy a DC fishing license for everyone in your group (we can handle that for you). This information is available online or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

It’s recommended to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid red wine, hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
