Excited to cast a line in St. Augustine? Huckleberry Charters is your ticket! With Captain Larry at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.

Around here it’s common to catch Redfish, Snook, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Pompano, Black Drum, Tarpon, and more if you come at the right time of year. On these trips, you can expect light tackle fishing at its finest. Capt. Larry also offers fly fishing as well.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites so that everyone stays happy and energized!

Your adventure begins aboard a 19’ East Cape Vantage skiff with capacity for 3 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.

Don’t leave home without sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be bottled water on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Lunch is provided on the all day trips, just reach out to learn more, especially if you have any dietary needs.

And that’s it! Your fishing trip with Huckleberry Charters is just a click away.
