The fish in these waters include Blackfin Tuna, Goliath Grouper, Bonito, Amberjack, Albacore Tuna, Great Barracuda, Dentex, Skipjack Tuna, and more with any luck. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using heavy tackle.

Captain Black welcomes kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Don’t forget to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

You’ll step aboard a 26’ sportfishing vessel that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don’t leave home without sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.
