We are really sorry for that. And at end of tour you ask us half of refund. And because we got a invoice for everytour we make we couldn’t refund them but we understand our custemers concerns and hope to serve better fishing experience. Even that morning we got really good fishes with our customers and you saw it when you just come abord. We still offered you a free tour beacause of bad weather conditions bad fishing experience which we can not control. And you did not agreed to that.
