Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Amberjack, Bonito, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Gag Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Almaco Jack, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Blacktip Shark, Mangrove Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, and anything else that bites. You’ll target your catch by trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Capt. Tim believes in teaching kids to fish while they’re young, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks to keep their stamina going!

You’ll be fishing aboard a 24’ Donzi center console with space for 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, tackle, cut bait and ice are covered by the charter, along with lures for trolling.

A few items to bring include sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
