we took my 89 year old dad fishing with Cory. it was handled very well. dad got a beautiful spring chinook. Cory was very professional, and communicated exactly what we needed to be doing. we loved his boat. its the most comfortable day of fishing ive ever had. ihighly recommend “Chrome Fishing”.

This trip included myself, my son, and my hubby. Sturgeon was slow, but a 7 footer was reeled in and released. Amazing!!! Switched over to Walleye... 3 Yellow Perch, 1 Small Mouth Bass, and 39 Walleye later we headed for the dock. Let me say, I'd be perfectly happy jiggin' for walleye for an entire 8 hour trip. It's active, fun fishing! I can't say enough about Captain Cory Griffin! He was patient, funny, and considerate. Cory had a propane heater on the boat to help keep us warm. And, as a female, I can say that I appreciated that he had offered to make a run back to dock halfway through the trip, for a restroom break. I've been on other charters, and the Captains don't think about me, and typically I'm the only female on the charter. My son even mentioned to me that he thought it was great Cory did that for us. Sometimes it's all about the little things... well, and the fish, OF COURSE!!! We plan to book another trip with Captain Cory and Chrome Rangers sometime this Spring or Summer for some salmon/walleye fishing, and we plan to take take my parents this time too!

We had a great experience with Corey and John fishing for king salmon on the Columbia. Picture perfect day, great experience, even though the bites were slow. The guys did everything in their power to get us some fish— changed locations, changed gear, tried new setups, stuck it out the whole day. We caught two (none of the other boats were really catching either), and had a great time in the process. Quality gear, comfortable boat, plenty of room. Highly recommend, would go with the them again next time we’re in town.
