If you’re going to cast a line in Manta, look no further than Marlin Fishing In Manta. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Luis is prepared to put you on fish.
These waters are known for Blue Marlin, Bigeye Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Black Marlin, Sailfish, Swordfish, Striped Marlin, Skipjack Tuna, Amberjack, and more – with any luck, it won’t be long before "Fish on!" You’ll target your catch by light tackle fishing, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Young ones are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 28’ Wellcraft cuddy cabin with space for 3 passengers. It has a fighting chair, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Marlin Fishing In Manta.
