You’re likely to go after Striped Bass, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Catfish, White Perch, and more. During the trip you might be spinning, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Your day begins aboard a 25’ Parker pilothouse with a capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
It’s recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

I was so excited to go on this trip I did not even change out of my slipers. Capt. Scott made me feel at home and we had a great time! we cought our limit of strippers. I would recommend to anyone and everyone, this is your guy
Nathan it was great fishing with you guys! looking forward to the next trip.
Firstly, Captain Scott was great! He was very friendly and explained a lot about the area and what we were fishing for. We did catch the 5 striped bass (rockfish) that was our limit, but it took about 2 hours before we got our first one. This trip was trolling, so Cap. Scott managed all of the lines, which were dragging behind the boat. I thought we might be able to bait the hooks and cast, but that wasn't the case. It was just plastic bait on the trolling lures. We did get to reel the fish in when they hit, but I was hoping to bait and cast. In addition, the whole trip was in the Baltimore harbor area, which is very industrial & not very picturesque.
Brian- I enjoyed fishing with you and your family. The style of fishing (trolling) we were doing is the most effective this time of year and where the bulk of the schools of fish are. I appreciate your review.

You can tell he really knows his stuff and loves what he does. The whole trip was a great experience, fun atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of good fishing 🎣. Highly recommend booking with Captain Scott if you’re looking for a great day on the water!

Me my girlfriend and my parents all went out for an outing with captain Scott and he made it very enjoyable he’s very easy to converse with and a great guy all around, he took us to two spots and we caught 6 fish total between 4 people we caught some big ones and plenty to keep overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try an outing on the bay and catch some rockfish !
